Deposits are due at the time of booking request. The balance for the
service is due 2 days prior to the event

Is there a minimum time required to book?

Yes, the minimum time required to book is 2 hours. Bookings are
scheduled in 1-hour increments

What if I need to cancel?

Your deposit is non-refundable. However, you are eligible for a refund
(minus the deposit) if canceled at least 72 hours prior to the rental
date

How much space is required for the 360 photo booth?
​
Our 360 photo booth rental requires a 10M x 10M surface. If the
renter does not provide the appropriate space, this may affect the
rental time without accommodation or result in cancellation of rental
service without a refund.

How many people can fit on the platform?
Upgrade Your Party accepts a 45” platform that can fit up to 6 people
depending on each individual’s height and weight
